If Beauts doesn't work for you, email [email protected] with your order ID within 30 days and we'll refund you. No questions, no forms.
Your statutory right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cancellation right for most digital purchases. Because Beauts is software you can use immediately, you waive this at checkout when you tick "I want to download Beauts immediately and waive my cancellation right."
You don't have to tick the waiver. If you don't, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund — but you won't be able to download Beauts until the window closes.
Our 30-day refund
Within 30 days: we'll refund you on request. Email [email protected] with your order ID. We aim to reply within two working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Paddle, usually within 5–10 working days.
After 30 days: refunds are at our discretion. We'll look at genuine cases — for example, a serious bug we haven't fixed, or a change that meaningfully reduces what you can do with the app. Email us and explain; we'll reply within a week.
What we can't refund
- Purchases made through Apple or Google stores — their refund processes apply. See Apple's instructions or Google's instructions.
- Bank charges, including currency conversion fees already processed.
Stopping without a refund
There is no subscription to cancel. If you stop using Beauts, delete the app and your licence file and you're done.
